Results: The df rate of 5-year old children was 61.5% in program group and it was lower compared to 75.3% in control group. The dft index of 5-year old children was 2.72 in prograin group and it was lower compared to 4.12 in control group. The dfs index of 5-year old children was 3.62 in prograin group and it was lower compared to 7.06 in control group. The caries reduction rate of 5-year old children by the community water fluoridation program was estimated as 34.0% by the difference of dft index between program and control group.
